I’m Sare. It’s short for Sarah. I am a Yoga Therapist, Teacher, Associate Trainer, and Energy Healer (Sound and Reiki). I educate and empower people who are seeking health and wellness through the exploration of Yoga.
After more than six years of teaching and over 10 years of personal practice, my method of teaching yoga is one of accessibility, exploration and metta.

What is our individual perspective on what Strength means to us? “Finding Strength” is my story, intertwined with others, on experiencing chronic or acute conditions and finding the way back to strength.
Yoga is something that can be practiced by everybody and every body. Tonight, I’m finishing off my blog series ‘Can I do yoga?’
